Have a relaxing hour massage using essential oils in a blend to suit your needs

Aromatherapy treatment 1 hour

seated, fully clothed invigorating massage to help alleviate stress. Help revitalise & restore energy, to go back to work

15 minute corporate seated chair massage.

Half hour general deep tissue treatment that can either concentrate on certain areas of tension or a general relaxation again targeting an specific area of the body

30min Deep tissue massage treatment

Full body massage using Warm basalt stones.  Full endulegment treatment

60 Minute Hot Stone Massage

Targeted for the more general body (back, neck, arms, legs and feet) relaxation and tension but can, again concentrate on specific areas of pain and discomfort
